White Township is considering proposed amendments to its Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance (SALDO) regarding the development and regulation of RV parks.

The proposed amendment would establish standards for RV parks, including requirements related to site layout, setbacks, buffers, access and parking, utilities, lighting, stormwater management, and other aspects of RV park development. The draft also addresses temporary occupancy of RV sites and provides that RVs within an RV park may not be used as permanent residences.

The draft ordinance is currently under consideration and has not been adopted. The proposed language may be revised as part of the Township’s review process. The ordinance is available below.
